5/10- For Christmas, Grandma & Grandpa Bartlett gave the boys a sandbox... a picture of a sandbox- with promises to come and build us one when the weather finally got nice. Well- today was the big day!! They brought over all the supplies and built us a sandbox! The boys were so excited!! This morning Boaz got on his tool belt and loaded up with tools and supplies he might need to help Grandpa build.
Both of them thought these new grabbers would be helpful... or at least they thought it would be helpful to chase me through the house with them while we waited for Grandpa & Grandma to arrive!
Let the building begin!!
The job site supervisor... we quickly discovered today that he is exactly like Luke in the heat! He turns red, gets cranky, and overheats very easily!!
A snack and cold drink seemed to help.
Boaz had a lot of fun helping....
And after the sandbox fram was built, Boaz convinced Grandpa & Grandma to take he and Cainan up the big hill behind our house! We go up this hill all the time and he always wants other people to enjoy it. I enjoyed not being the pregnant woman hiking up it today!!
Later in the day, Cainan enjoyed some more time watching the skid loader next door. He could sit and watch machines for hours.
These boys were DIRTY tonight! And Cainan's hair looked pretty sweet at the end of the day!

5/11- Boaz came home from Learn & Play today with a special gift for me... we'll have fun watching these grow this summer!

While we were napping this afternoon, Grandpa & Grandma were sneaky and brought us something special!!
