on a mission

11/18-  Tonight at dinner, Boaz & Cainan were quite animated.  (this is pretty typical around here!)  Here's a couple videos of their great songs!!

I wasn't brave enough to have the boys frost all the gingerbread cookies, so tonight at dinner, we made faces on them with honey!  It was actually a pretty good combo!
Myka in her typical meal spot.  She sits right in the middle of the action....
and laughs at all the boys' antics.

11/19-  This morning we made a TON of pumpkin muffins using a super easy recipe from Grandma Bartlett.  We made enough to deliver some surprise breakfast to several of our neighbors.
The boys thought it was super fun to go on our secret "Thankful" mission in the spirit of Thanksgiving. They tip-toed around the neighborhood.  They were pretty sneaky so we wouldn't wake anyone up!  (Yes, we had dozens of muffins made before 8am!)

Cainan put the 'We're thankful for you!' note on the muffins.  Probably not a wise choice of jobs for him, as he doesn't quite grasp the concept of gentleness yet.  Neighbors probably had some smashed muffins!   :)
And neighbors.... we won't tell you which ones, but a couple of your muffins may have ended up in the grass thanks to Cainan, but we instituted the 5 second rule. You'll never know who you are! :)

Pumpkin muffin recipe.....
1 box spice cake mix (no pudding added)
1 can pumpkin
1 cup water
Mix & bake!!  Super easy and super yummy!!

And you can't end a great day without a Mr. Roboto dance party!!   :)
